My first priority is always safety and ensuring that you have the prerequisite mobility, stability and strength for the training we will be doing together. We train specifically addressing your needs and targeting your goals while strategically and continuously adjusting intensity, volume, duration and frequency.
It is important for us to ensure that you have a consistent and balanced diet as well as a mobility routine. This will give us the foundation we need for the rest of the work we will be doing. This means that your commitment to your Home Program is imperative to reach success, since you spend much more time on your own than you will during the time we train together.
The best program for you is one that is specific, well rounded and can be sustained. We will utilize different tools in order to address strength/mobility, body composition and overall health. Together we will create a plan that you can realistically implement into your life and enjoy the process!

National Strength and Conditioning Association-Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist
Functional Range Conditioning-Mobility Specialist, FRA
